The media formats listed here are supported for directly importing and editing with Premiere Pro. How can this be a windows problem if PP is the only application on my PC that is having issues. Premiere Pro lets you work with a wide range of native media formats from the latest DSLR cameras without transcoding or file rewrapping. EVERYTHING on my pc is working 100% except PP. So I did and now the problem is back on a CLEAN install of windows. but what is REALLY freaking me the heck out here is that I have paid for this product specifically for Premiere Pro and it isn't working! Adobe Support just tells me it's Microsoft that is the problem and I must rebuild the machine. So I am now going to reinstall all over again and see which application is breaking Adobe. So I figured that something that I installed must have broken it. So now I am swearing at this application like you WILL not believe. HOWEVER, I proceeded to install my normal apps like office 365, other apps that I always use and this morning, when I tried premiere, the same problem starts happening. I tested Premiere and it worked! which means something was broken. So here is what I have now done.I have reinstalled windows completely. PlEaSe can someone assist? I cannot export my video using H.264 ![]() Checked the BIOS firmware for my mobo and my Gfx card.Ensured that there were no outstanding Windows Updates.Removed all other codec packs that I had installed.Removed all and any other video editing softwares.Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth to check for corrupt files - No problems found.Ran a scannow /sfc to check for corrupt system files.COMPLETE reinstall of latest Video card Drivers after removing the current drivers using driver sweeper.Tested with a blank project thinking it might be something in the project itself.same thing.Even the H.264 Blu-Ray works but not H.264 Tested all other formats and they work fine.Click the 'Ingest' checkbox, change 'Copy' to 'Create Proxies'. To add a preset to premiere: Open up the Media Browser (Window -> Media Browser) Click the wrench next to the 'Ingest' checkbox. Tried selecting "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only" but crash still occurs The 1Mbps preset reduces the size of my 4K H.264 files by slightly more than 98.Checked the Crash log but it's greek to me as I am not familiar with Premier Pro.I have searched on the forums and the interwebs for a solution to this problem and found that others had this same problem but none of their solutions helped me. ![]() This has had me scratching my head for 2 days now. I've gotten similiar files from my coworkers using adobe premiere, which is telling me that this is not a problem with my system only.I am new to Premiere but I am not a layman when it comes to IT. I tried to export audio only as MP3, that made the audio go even further out of sync. The video is exactly the same in the resulting file and lasts for 1 frame as it's supposed to, the audio starts 10ms late. I tried other codecs and they all worked fine and are 100% in sync, including H.264 in. I also brought the video file to cubase and the desync was clearly there as well. To see if it's just a display issue, I copied the empty space in the start of audio, pasted it 100 times and it was silent. ![]() The result was always the same, audio is not in sync with the original timeline. Tried to render with Adobe media encoder.Disabled the h.264 acceleration in settings and restarted premiere.HD bars and tone that lasts exactly 1 frame 25 FPS.Green is the original clip, red is the resulting file from export. Whenever I export a H.264 in MP4 container, the audio in the resulting file goes about 10 ms out of sync.
